In the "Turchina" we have chosen to offer on the market “HALF-PEARL SPELTA” SPELT , trying to obtain a product as full as possible, but facilitated in cooking. This has affected us in terms of yields, as the gap of semiperl process is 50-60%, but there has undoubtedly helped in terms of taste, as anyone in tasting our spelt remains impressed by its full taste, pleasant, unmistakable,that has rewarded with the inclusion of our company in the Guide to Restaurants of Italy 2007-2008 (edited by La Repubblica), section " excellent farms".
